The focus of this month’s webinar will be on phased retirement and the ways in which alternative pathways out of the workforce can ease pressures on the American pension system as well as address labor shortages of skilled workers. The huddle will be led by Charlie Jeszeck and Michael Collins from the U.S. Government Accountability Office (GAO), who will join us at ERIC’s office to dive into the findings of a recent GAO report which studied the experiences that other countries have had with phased retirement.
