The Human Rights Campaign has conducted a Corporate Equality Index for several years. A number of companies strive to achieve a perfect score. For the 2019 Corporate Equality Index, to achieve a perfect score, your company may need to make drastic changes to your health care, retirement, and fringe benefit programs. This webinar will be led by Todd Solomon and Brian Tiemann, both Partners at McDermott Will & Emery LLP.
