Join a call this Thursday, January 19th at 4:30 p.m. (EDT) to learn more about a recent IRS publication requesting comments on PEPs that use the implicit method. Richard Shea, Covington & Burling, will present on what was included in the IRS publication and listen to your feedback on the comments ERIC should present to the IRS. Comments to the IRS are due on February 21, 2017.
