On April 14, 2015, the Department of Labor released a re-proposed regulation on the definition of fiduciary under ERISA for purposes of the provision of investment advice. ERIC is hosting a FocusOn call to review the re-proposed regulation and to discuss ERIC’s comment letter. Mike Francese of Covington will provide an overview of the regulation and highlight issues of concern to ERIC member companies.
