This call will address what employers should be doing now to fully understand their retiree health obligations in light of the recent U.S. Supreme Court’s decision in M&G Polymers v. Tackett. Our speakers, John Ferreira and Debbie Davidson, both lawyers with the firm of Morgan Lewis, will discuss the Tackett decision itself and then explore how employers should assess their liability for providing these benefits. They will also reflect on strategies that employers might pursue to reduce potential future liability.
