• The latest on the Affordable Care Act, including Republican alternatives to the ACA
• New guidance on the Cadillac tax
• ERIC’s amicus brief before the Sixth Circuit concerning vested retiree benefits in collective-bargaining agreements following the Supreme Court’s decision in M&G Polymers v. Tackett
• Congressional activity concerning tax reform, including updates on recent hearings, the formation of working groups, and the current timeline
• Recent regulatory activity by the Department of Labor and PBGC
