The Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation recently announced that it was going to revise the 2015 filing procedures and instructions for its premiums filing report in order to gather additional information regarding cash outs or annuitized benefits for a specified group of former employees. ERIC is planning to submit a comment letter on this issue. During the FocusOn call, we will ask for member company input on the ERIC comment letter.
