ERIC FocusOn call on The Department of Labor RFI on Brokerage Windows Thursday, October 30, 2014 (2pm - 3pm US/Eastern)

The Department of Labor issued a Request for Information (“RFI”) on the use of brokerage windows, self-directed brokerage accounts and similar features in 401(k) plans. ERIC is submitting a comment letter on this issue. Mike Francese, Covington and Burling, will provide an overview of the RFI and discuss issues that are of particular concern to large employers. During the FocusOn call, we will ask for member company input on the ERIC comment letter. We also will discuss the results of the ERIC survey on Brokerage Windows.
