The Treasury Department and Internal Revenue Service recently released final and proposed regulations on hybrid plans. ERIC is hosting a special FocusOn call with representatives from the Treasury Department and the Internal Revenue Service to review the regulations.
After an overview of the regulations, we anticipate a brief questions and answer session with the government officials. Richard Shea and Robert Newman of Covington and Burling will also participate on the call and will provide special analysis of the regulations.
