Call Time: 11:00 AM - 12:00 PM (EST)
All ERIC members are invited and encouraged to participate in these monthly conference calls.
ERIC testifies this week before the Internal Revenue Service to offer recommendations in response to the agency's February 2012 package of proposed regulations regarding lifetime income options for participants and beneficiaries in retirement plans.
ERIC also continues to urge Congress to include in the final transportation reauthorization legislation currently being considered by House and Senate conferees a provision stabilizing interest rates for the funding rules for defined benefit plans.
Meanwhile, speculation continues over how the U.S. Supreme Court will rule on the constitutionality of the Affordable Care Act, while the regulators continue issuing guidance on various provisions under the ACA.
Join us on June 4 to hear from ERIC's Health and Retirement staff for an update on these latest legislative and regulatory developments, and what else we are likely to see in the coming weeks.
