Our most popular emails are the ERIC InSights -- issue-specific alerts drafted with late-breaking developments, insights into what policymakers are doing, why you should care, what you can do about it, and what ERIC is doing about it for you.

ERIC convenes 40+ conferences, meetings, webinars, and calls each year for members only on the latest policy developments related to health, retirement, and compensation plans. The Spring and Fall Policy Conferences are ERIC’s two major in-person meetings, held in Washington, DC with government speakers, experts, and peer networking.

The State Mandate Action Program™ is an online resource center, for ERIC members only, that provides real-time, actionable information on existing and emerging state and local laws and regulations. The platform allows users to obtain information they need, such as reports, maps, or charts on specific employee benefits rules in various states and localities.
ERIC’s staff is also available to walk you through the State Mandate Action Program™ and to create reports, charts and maps for you.
ERIC operates as an extension of your team and can provide support through its staff and Advisory Council.
ERIC members enlist our expertise in a variety of ways. We are happy to brief you or your company colleagues on the latest policy developments at the federal or state level, survey other ERIC members on issues that are of interest to you, provide advice to you on how we can obtain relief for the compliance, and any other challenges facing your company, or otherwise support you and your company.
